Introduction: My Customer Service skills are outstanding so I am able to keep a high occupancy. All of the communities I have managed have maintained an occupancy rate of at least 92%, but tend to stay between 94%-96%. I am great at diffusing difficult situations, so no matter how angry a resident is, they always leave feeling better. I love that I get to meet so many new people. I currently run a Tax Credit property, so it makes me feel great to be able to provide housing to people that sincerely need a lesser rent without having to sacrifice a quality home.
