Stan is a great guy, he does what he says he will and is there when he says he will. I'd recommend him for any of his pest control services.....btw, he relocated a dozen raccoons for me.

A raccoon had broken into the overhang of my house. Mr. Ketchum came out looked around, explained the habits of a raccoon and set a trap. A few days later the raccoon was caught and Matt Ketchum came out and took it away. He cleaned up the area on the roof. Worth the money spent. Very professional. Thank you.

Yes, but we do make allowances that allow us to be flexible and sensitive to our customer's needs and situation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact by phone or text with the customer. Discuss the project and give an estimate or make arrangements to do an inspection if necessary. Give a firm price, complete the project to the customers satisfaction, get paid, get a 5 star review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many pest control training classes at Purdue University. Training and testing by the Office of the Indiana State Chemist. Training and testing by the Indiana Department of Natural Resource. Many classes at the School of Hard Knocks.
