What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your designer asks questions. Ask for samples of their work and make sure they have experience with your particular needs. Ask for quotes in writing a head of time and require them to stick to the quote or provide an updated estimate if project needs change. Make sure your designer is easily accessible (returns phone calls or emails in a timely manner, hits targeted deadlines as promised, etc.)
