Jim Tallard has been working for me at a great variety of construction and home repairs. I owned 25 buildings for 20 years. He was my lead repairman. Hurricane Andrew hit 14 of my buildings, and he was my lead carpenter, plumbing, electrician, and misc. man. I have done many jobs on Miami Beach: Jim, again, was my lead man. He is skilled at cabinet work, and all phases of carpentry and repairs. I heartily recommend his work.

Jim Tallard is the last of a dying breed of skilled, honest and reasonable handymen. He has efficiently executed every task from painting and tiling to plumbing and construction and always with helpful suggestions.
