Shes so down to earth and genuinely has dedicated her career to helping others achieve their own greatness.I signed up for a package of 6 sessions for the brain biofeedback course.The sessions all started with gentle movement and breath work and got stronger as we went to get the body engaged with the mind.The energy I felt eternally and between my hands after the movement part was literally mind blowing.I then was guided to the massage table to lay down and do breath work for the remaining time. Headphones were placed over my ears. I could hear gently tapping sounds which was the frequencies as she continued her work.After the very first session I noticed the difference driving home. With traffic being crazy I didnt get upset or angry with situations that arose. I started to realize my capacity for handling situations increased. The looping thoughts no longer kept me hostage. They moved like clouds across the sky. By my last session I realized I had become a different person. I had a peace within me each day. I was able to stay present and in the moment without pushing or pulling to get a reaction. I was happy with who I was and was finally able to be the observer of my life.I will continue to do sessions with Vil.The hard work has finally for once made a difference and I dont want that to go to waste. Self love is crucial. This modality of therapy works better than any therapy I have done over my life. Worth the experience to heal truly and become the best version of me. Thanks Vil"See more
