We interviewed about six companies to install a video system into our condo building. Alex and his partner were very professional. They installed an eight (8) surveillance camera system in our condo building, partnering with our Board members to decide where the cameras should to be positioned. They trained us to operated the system, and they've been coming back when adjustments are needed. Our Board is very pleased. We highly recommend them. The system has already been valuable to our Condo Association.
While attempting to transfer my OS over to a freshly installed SSD, I managed to corrupt my OS on the original hard drive. Because of this, I got stuck in an infinite repair loop every time I tried to startup my PC. After losing all hope of repair, I called for help, and Werner from V-TecProStop gave me excellent assistance. Even though Werner was having a very rough day, he still helped me for several hours (late at night) and didn't charge me for his services. He taught me much about how my computers BIOS functions and how I can diagnose booting problems on my PC without having to cough up hundreds of dollars for a technician. Although we didn't manage to solve it the night that we were on the phone, Werner still offered to pick up on the repair process in the morning. All in all, I highly recommend V-TecProStop for your PC repair needs, and I look forward to working with Werner and the company again whenever I run into any troubles.
Don't be fooled by his lack of a storefront. He is the real deal and you will feel lucky and glad you found him. After a liquid spill on my MacBook Pro 2012 model I went to MicroCenter did not even consider the high priced Apple store. Microcenter wanted $70 just to check it out and the repair would take at least 3 to 5 days. Granted in the unibody Mac the keyboard is actually the bottom layer and is viewed as a "difficult repair." (I am an electrical engineer and considered doing it myself) Craig took the case off while I was waiting and diagnosed that it was just the keyboard, no liquid damage to logic boards. I left the laptop and shortly after I got home Craig called to say it was ready for pickup. I could have just had a long lunch and saved on travel time. The MacBook works great, but if there was a problem he guarantees his work. He replaced only what was needed so the material cost is low and his low overhead keeps costs at a relative bargain. In these days of mostly disappointing service Craig was one of the few good experiences I have had with service in a long time.
I went to get a broken home button fixed on an iPhone 5 and the technician replaced the button at a reasonable price, far below what the Apple store 'genius bar' quoted. But the phone which was working to that point, would not come on. I was not too optimistic at this point and thought it was a lost cause but the technician called his manager and they assured me the would get to the bottom of it and fix it, whatever it took. It was up and down for a whole day and at one point they planned to replace the mother board, but ultimately a third technician figured out and fixed the problem. I did not loose any data and at no point was I told it would cost extra. I give them 5 stars for customer service but will rate @ 4 for this service overall because of the complications that perhaps could have been avoided. I would certainly go there again.
Mohamed did a great job! He w able to accomodate me during m computer emergency and restored my device without a problem. Will definitely use his services in the future.
