FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward, transparent, and based on the level of service you need. I don't upsell or add surprise fees. Every project is clearly explained before any work begins. For residential and small business clients, I offer flat rate options for common services and hourly rates for more complex or custom work. You'll always know the cost upfront, and I make sure the solution fits your budget without compromising quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief conversation to understand your needs, the issues you're experiencing, and the results you want. From there, I assess your setup, explain the best options in clear, simple terms, and outline the plan before any work begins. Once we agree on the approach, I handle everything personally, from troubleshooting to full setup. Ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience. After the job is complete, I provide guidance, recommendations, and ongoing support so your technology continues to run reliably.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attained a bachelor's degree in computer science and worked in the IT field for more the 13 years. Over that time, I've handled everything from complex network setups and Microsoft 365 migrations to cybersecurity hardening, cloud support, and day to day troubleshooting.
