I have a 90 year old garage in my backyard that is used as a shed. I think every owner of the house has added to its contents. While we had tried emptying the shed little by little, it was too big of a job for us, and many of the items could not be left at the curb with our normal trash, or even scheduled for pickup by the county. I knew we needed help. It was very easy to schedule an appointment with Kyle and he showed up on time, even confirming his exact arrival time the morning of. He emptied both my shed and the big pile of wood and railroad ties behind my shed. For 90 minutes. In the rain. This wasn't an easy job, and frankly I think he went above and beyond by even keeping the appointment, given the weather. He was also pleasant and professional and his services were reasonably priced. We will be recommending Kyle to our friends for junk hauling or moving, and we will be calling him for help in the future.

This company deserves overall a Zero! I hired them to help me move my 1 bedroom apartment from MD to DC. I should have cancelled it from the very beginning when they wanted to charge me extra money for using my credit card vs cash!!?? Moving day: The time for arrival was set for 4 pm. The owner kept on postponing the arrival time with various stories why they were being late. I told them we needed to be at my building by 8pm as that was the end of the moving in time window and the building loading dock was closing at that time. I send several texts and tried calling multiple times to the company. They arrived close to 7 pm. WE arrived at my building late. I had to waste my time looking for a security guard who was kind enough to cooperate with us and let us use another loading dock which was a real hike to my entrance ( another extra hour wasted) . My plants were broken and I feared other items did too. And I was right. I demanded discount for the service and to be also reimbursed for the broken items. we negotiated discount and as I was tired and frustrated i agreed to 15% off. As for the reimbursement, I was told to send them all the photos of broken items and estimated cost. I did. Even after a number of emails and phone calls and almost 2 and a half months after the service, I have not been reimbursed yet. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I hired HaulPROZ to be a surrogate and conduct a long haul move of some items I had stored in one city to my current city. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The scheduler contacted me regarding the move and explained the process. Two days before the move, the driver contacted me, discussed the items in the shipment, special requirements, the environments at the locations (i.e. 1st floor, stairs, elevator, etc.), and provided a contact number since I was not going to be at the pickup location. The driver provided me updates throughout the process and even provided me a fairly accurate estimated arrival time so I did not waste time waiting at the new location. He was there when he said he would be. Bottom line: HaulPROZ was very reasonably priced but not the least expensive; however, most other quotes were double or triple the one received from HaulPROZ. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. They were a very professional group of individuals resulting in a pleasant moving experience for me.

The guys did arrive an hour late and we had to call to find out if they were on their way, but when they did arrive, they went right to work. They removed a 2-part sectional couch, plasma tv, a single computer desk and a 2-part standing cabinet with a removalabke countertop all for $150. The 1800-junk guys wanted double for that. Don't wast your time! Give JT a call! I will use him again!

I have hired movers in NoVa, LA, Southern Maryland and Israel about 10 times total. Some have been local moves like this and some have been international. I have NEVER encountered such a pleasant and professional move job..Ever. We packed, altho some things like printers and computers were unpacked or poorly packed. And we were accomplishing 3 jobs at once...Firat, our daughter was moving to an apartment and her stuff was predominately in the basement with smaller items and boxes in the garage. Second, we plan to downsize and decided to literally clean house and get rid of a lot of clutter and excess that she, and we, had accumulated and we wanted all that stuff put in the garage for pick up. And third, there was furniture and even exercise equipment that needed to be relocated within the house. I was very organized with 3 colors of painters tape to identify the destination of each piece. The crew was incredible. Heavy large furniture was moved to the garage without anything touching walls or floor, they took the path that was safest for the house rather than the most convenient one without me mentioning it, they hauled tile and wood from projects to the garage without a murmur. Furniture was disassembled and reassembled quickly and beautifully. Everything was done and they were on the way to the apartment in 2 hours, beating by an hour my hopeful guess. The quotes from Carlos Hernandez were.complete offering hourly or flat rate options. A pleasure to deal with. We will be using them again. Highly recommend.

Our company just recently opened a satellite office in Oregon. We need to move some of our office furniture and move it to the new location. Currently we occupy 5 floors of a 15 storey building. Two floors need to be moved to the new location. We hired Alliance Relocation System to do the job for us. They were pretty ready and had all resources for this move. They sent two 18-wheeler trucks at different time (since 2 won't fit on the parking space loading area of our building) with 10 men crew. In one day they finished loading and everything went good. For the reader's information we hired them to do all including packing, boxing, wrapping, loading of all the furniture and equipment(including photocopy machine, printers, desks, tables, computer monitors, TV's and more). Since this is a big job they gave priority and delivered it three days after the loading. One monitor got damaged when it was accidentally dropped by the personnel unloading it and the company immediately set it for replacement(which in fact was replaced as of this writing). Our company moved locally before but never experienced having these least damage especially on equipment and devices. This people are professional and they deserved to be recommended and given high commendation.

The one item that made me give this company a 5 star was the cleaning of our marble floor in front of our teller window. The previous company would mop and leave the streaks, not Pro-Clean they made sure no streaks was left behind.

I had to get some junk removed quickly on short notice. Recycling Crew couldn't come the same day so I pre-paid for an appointment for the next day. When I found another hauler to come the same day, I cancelled my Recycling Crew appointment, and they gave me a refund. Even though they didn't wind up hauling my junk, they were prompt, courteous, professional, and helpful, and because of that I will certainly consider them in the future.

Suburban relocation systems started with a very good impression at the very first call. I called them for an emergency office move from VA to KS. They were very enthusiastic since then till to the end of the process. Despite of the time constraints, they managed to survey and provided me the almost accurate estimate. Rushing on to my office on exactly scheduled time, they packed and loaded everything including my computers and server in a very shipshape manner. My new office place was beautified by them as well and it deserves to be mention that I liked it. They made the rush a reason to blush in joy. I am happy to get moved by them.
