Top Rated Post Renovation Cleaners Around Ashburn, VA
Walt from Eagle Homeimprovements came out to my house,he fixed several plumbing issues. Was very knowledgeable about the work and his pricing was great. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing repairs done or any other work he's a general contractor. Thank you Walt for all your help. Great guy to work with you will not regret hiring his services.
Anthony, did a super job cleaning our garden. I will highly recommend hiring him. He is very professional, reliable and more importantly, a really nice guy to work with.
We discovered our master shower was leaking into our dining room due to an issue with the original shower pan. Matt came out and gave a great estimate to repair the shower pan and replace the tile in our shower. During the entire project, Matt took extra care to ensure the house remained clean during the work. Each day he would ensure protection was placed by our front door, stairs leading up to the second floor, and bedroom to prevent damaging the house. At the end of each day, he would remove the protection so the house could be used as if no renovation was happening. Matt completed the work on time and the new shower pan and tile work looks amazing. He was very professional and had a great attitude throughout the entire process. We are extremely happy with the work Matt completed and are planning on using him to finish renovating the rest of our bathroom. We would highly recommend Matt if you are planning any tile work.
Great experience with NK Movers. Quick responses and easy to work with to get the move set up. The team arrived punctually and got right to work. The Truck and blankets were clean. Furniture was well wrapped. We had some large heavy items to get up/down stairs and they were expert at doing it carefully. They worked non-stop -i encouraged a water/snack break . Julio and Herberto (?) were a great team- pleasant and they knew what they were doing. High praise for NK Movers.
Mr. Morales was great! He was the 1st to respond and he worked with my budget. He was on time and very knowledgeable on what type of plants to plant for this year. Loved him so much I already booked him for my next landscaping project. His a one man stop cause he also does power washing, junk hauling, and so much more!
I hired Ordonez to prepare my apartment for the next tenant. The work involved painting, carpentry, carpet cleaning and house cleaning. The results were excellent; Transaction professional. Will give them a 10 on 10 point scale. Highly recommended.
Ronald arrived exactly on time to conduct an estimate. His price was very reasonable and even though the trash (post renovation) turned out to be more than expected, Ronald stuck to his word and got the job done to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to hire him again for another job!
These guys were great. I received a quote almost immediately; charges were very reasonable to haul away renovation waste. They came the next day within 2-3 minutes of when they said they would show up. The driver was very courteous. Outstanding service and highly recommended. Payment was handled beforehand and was a snap. I'd go to them again with no hesitation.
Over the last 10 months of a never ending kitchen restoration, my DH and I have interacted with many contractors, vendors and repair people. Some of those experiences have been so God awful that I just wanted to go sit in the corner of a room and stare off into space from the shock. Not in this case. Our yard became a wasteland of debris and horrifying garbage after 1. storing our kitchen goods and wares outside in a tent. 2. The workers we had redoing our kitchen were constantly throwing their supplies/trash/detritus outside. 3. A rainy, mild winter resulted in many sopping wet pieces of cardboard, tarps, etc. 4. The final kicker was the last Winter snowstorm a few weeks back. Lost a lot of supplies and belongings to melting snow that turned into pure ice and than ruined things in the melt. So this was not an easy, nice or organized job to do. Basically our yard looked liked a ruined base camp after a Mount Everest collapse combined with a post apocalyptic backdrop for a Zombie movie. That was before the Junk Unlimited crew showed up today. I only give high praise once in a blue moon. It is well deserved here. Fast, super polite and very organized work. Something that could have been fraught with stress, was actually a happy experience. Very reasonable rates too. It is so nice to find total professionals who do a job well and leave people smiling when they're done. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Wow. What a guy. Adam was just amazing. He did a tremendous job cleaning out my garage. He organized and put all my tools and gas cans and tons of other garage stuff up on shelves (which I already owned). Washed the windows and swept the floor clean. It’s like a brand new garage. Then at the last minute I decided I wanted to throw out my old lazy boy recliner in my living room and Adam hauled it away for me!!!! This man is a gem. I will hire him again in a heartbeat. Speaking of heartbeats, as it turns out Adam was a professional paramedic for the NYPD!!!! Now he is starting his own business. Best of luck to you Adam. I know I will be keeping in contact with you for years to come.
Mr. Ordained did renovation of our bathroom with excellent design work and consistency. He has very good skills and knowledge of construction, plumbing and electricity work. I always will recommend to others and will use his services. Dimitar Mavrov, Alexandria
We were extremely pleased with JC&A Carpet Cleaning. The work was painstakingly careful with our rugs and furnishings, there was no attempt to upsell the price quoted, Alvaro was very responsive and good to work with. It was a great firm and I would recommend the to anyone. Rare to find such a company in this day and age - exceeding your expectations!

Excellent service! He went above and beyond to help me with my repairs and did a great job.
I hired Antonio (Tony) Sanchez from Renaissance Restoration to complete a kitchen renovation this past fall (sorry I did not get around to completing this review sooner!). I did all the demolition, but the job included lights and electrical, plumbing repair, cabinet and counter top install, appliance install, and painting. Tony gave a very reasonable estimate and personally worked on my project with his assistant from start to finish as opposed to having one of his employees complete the job. As he began the job, he soon realized that virtually nothing from the original construction was square (townhouse was built in 1987). However, that did not phase him as he had the skills to adjust making those imperfections unnoticeable in the end. In addition, Tony has skills in most of the trades which meant that he did not have to sub different parts of the job out; he did all the electrical, plumbing and carpentry himself. The best part of my experience working with Tony was that he discussed and explained different options or ways of completing a task to ensure there were no surprises, and I was impressed with his willingness to even teach me a little along the way. He was flexible in allowing me to have a friend install the tile floor and was understanding of my need to stick to a rather tight budget. There are only two comments I could make for overall improvement: cleanliness and timeliness. On a couple of occasions, I had to discard empty food containers and drinks that had been left behind. I attributed this to oversight and could be easily improved by making an effort to clean up the work site after each day of work. Considering it was not a space I was using though, it was not that big of a deal. As for timeliness, the project took longer than expected to complete. However, I know that my involvement did have some impact on the schedule and the fact he was doing the work himself while still managing other jobs is a factor. I would not hesitate to bring Tony in for another project in the future. I am completely satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone.
I got a deep move out clean with a oven cleaning and carpet cleaning. I was Really impressed. They were thorough and exceeded my expectations. Quality cleaning and a bang for your buck. Bryan was really accommodating to my many schedule changes and Rosie was a pleasure to be around. She genuinely cares about you and her work. Highly recommend.
Very professional from day one Mr. Guzman did a full basement renovation with a modern bathroom design. They have tons of ideas that helped me in the process to choose with different options now in days. They were professional, communicative and the whole construction process went very smood.
We had a lot of trash outside of a renovation. They showed up on time the same day and got everything done before 1 o'clock in the afternoon. Couldn't be happier and we we're a Thumbtack pro as well. Thanks Hayden
I don't write many reviews, but I wanted to go out of my way to make sure to to write a detailed one for Yosif and Smart House Remodeling. I think I am uniquely qualified to give a very thorough review, as I hired Yosif and his team to do a basement renovation covering over 1,400 square feet. This was a big job, and below you can see some of the before and after photos from a few of the rooms. I'm a pretty particular client; I'm an engineer and pay attention to the details and quality of work that I get done and was very pleased with the outcome on this. I hired Yosif after getting approximately 8 (!) different bids for this job. So that shows you what he was up against. I think the typical experience with working with Yosif is likely as follows: you have him out for an estimate, he has some good ideas about the work that you may have not considered, he gives you a prompt estimate with very reasonable prices, and then you hire him to start the job. Once work is well underway, you realize you've got something really great going and then start creating new contracts to do all kinds of additional work with him--work that perhaps you've put off because you dreaded having to go through finding a quality contractor for each additional project. In my case, I started off with vinyl plank flooring over 1400 sq. feet (spot-leveling & demo needed), with some switch relocation and other electrical work (outlet additions, ceiling box), recessed lighting installation, and HVAC vent installations. By the end I had added significant drywall patching (including closing holes in attic), replacing a huge wood paneled room with all-new drywall, installed an attic ladder, replaced a rear door (including new framing & storm door install), repaired a front door, had a custom divider wall built to hide an HVAC unit, had soundproofing insulation put in, multiple in-wall access panels, minor plumbing, and I could honestly go on. I got an amazing amount done beyond what I originally though was possible for my budget. Yosif is careful to make sure that you are OK with the finished product on each phase of the work that is being done, and is willing to redo things that are not quite right. Each job is properly finished too, with the small things like priming on drywall (plenty skip this!), clean up, and material disposal. I found him very trustworthy as well and had no issue with him doing work at my home regardless of whether I was there or not, yet he was also respectful of my schedule. I would also consider him skilled at a very broad range of construction areas/topics, which if you've hired a number of contractors before you probably know that is not always the case. Although I do want to note that I found his drywall work especially good. I don't think many people would assume that he has 10+ years of experience, but it shows in what he is capable of an his approach to solving the problems that you encounter (and you will always find something interesting when you start opening up walls!). In short, I would gladly recommend him without any reservations.
Deanna was on time, went right to work, used good cleaning products, and got it done. I originally had requested for cleaning and cleaning/organizing jobs. I only hired her for the cleaning job and did not hire her for the organizing job because my neighbor is helping me instead. SO, I don't know which job I am responding to right now. I only hired her for the first job that I posted requesting help. The emails are confusing me. Thanks, Jean
