Mandy was great! We recently moved into a townhouse rental, and I wanted to have it cleaned prior to move in. I've found prior rentals to be a bit messy, even after "cleaning".
Mandy went above and beyond my expectations - it looked and smelled like we were the first ones to live there, which is definitely not the case. Her service gave me peace of mind that we could simply unload our belongings and be good to go.
I plan to hire her again and would strongly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary of course but I prefer to give free estimates so I can get a better idea of what the customer wants done in person. Although my quotes on Thumbtack say "fixed" they are definitely negotiable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give free estimates to all of our potential customers. We will schedule a day and time that is preferred by the customer and meet in person at the location to be cleaned. Meeting in person and doing a walk through of the property is preferred by most of our customers and leaves little room for error on our part because we can see exactly what the customer wants and give a more precise quote as well as answer any questions!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I have been doing this for over 26 years! I've learned a lot and perfected my craft.
