In a word: Amazing! Mandy truly has a special talent for cleaning and organization. Mandy takes pride in her work. She went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did she help clean our unfinished attic of the mess left behind from the new roof work, but she rearranged the boxes and stuff we had up there to better maximize the space. It was a dirty, hot job but she was smiling every time I saw her.
Her work and value was 5 stars! I knocked a star because of a few last minute reschedules on her end. Thankfully it all worked out because I really enjoyed Mandy - will definitely hire again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary of course but I prefer to give free estimates so I can get a better idea of what the customer wants done in person. Although my quotes on Thumbtack say "fixed" they are definitely negotiable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give free estimates to all of our potential customers. We will schedule a day and time that is preferred by the customer and meet in person at the location to be cleaned. Meeting in person and doing a walk through of the property is preferred by most of our customers and leaves little room for error on our part because we can see exactly what the customer wants and give a more precise quote as well as answer any questions!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I have been doing this for over 26 years! I've learned a lot and perfected my craft.
