"First of all, Juned strikes me as a great guy. You can feel his passion and knowledgeability in the first couple of minutes after meeting him. He's friendly, patient and attentive, not at all pushy, abnegating, self-absorbed or sleazy as some other trainers are apt to be labeled. I, for one, was surprised when he made it clear that he's ok with me taking multiple breaks in a session. I'm taking lessons from him as a personal trainer so we're doing the standard muscle endurance and conditioning. You know, the squat, push-up, sit-up, pull-up thing. (For those of you wondering he also has free weights and a bench calling your name.) But he's incorporated the teaching of Muay Thai self defense (Muay Thai is more about attack than defense though but some say the best defense is a strong offense) techniques in addition to the Thai language in his training. I love this because it gives the personal training concrete practical use and it makes the whole process fun, engaging and instructive. There's variation every day so you're not going to get bored of running around in circles everyday. More importantly, in terms of physicality, he walks the walk. He's clearly fit. He shows you exactly how he wants you to do an exercise, he does it with you a few times, redirects you when you are wrong and challenges you to take it to the next level when you are right. Basically, all you have to do is communicate with him and he'll oblige. Great guy, great trainer. I'm going back. But really...if you're on here reading this, what do you really have to lose?"

"Folks, I cannot stress this enough. I am someone diagnosed with moderate/severe Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, which caused problems with my immune system, digestion, and weight. I am very proud and humbled whenever I receive compliments about my physique. But, the truth is, it has not always been this way for me, and I could never have done this without my friend and personal trainer of almost 8 years, Daniel T. Saunders. He is one of the best things to happen to my life in terms of the way I look as well as my overall health. I feel better — not just because I look better now — but also because my health is better than before. He helped me with my diet, he's worked with me through my hectic teaching schedule, rehabbed my personal injuries, and he's greatly turned my life around. Let me be clear: Doing it on your own and just getting any trainer at the local gym is NOT the same, and NOT even remotely as effective. The guy is certified in what seems like everything, he works with people of all genders, ages, and skill levels. He's excellent for those with past injuries, and for rehabilitating current/recovering injuries. Whether you're incredibly out of shape, or already active, he will change your life for the better just as he has changed mine. Do yourself a favor: Look him up, and contact him right now. Stop waiting for a weak excuse to get into better shape. When I say I owe my life to him — I mean it quite literally."
