He did a good job, I would have preferred if he had been upfront about not being able to do AC repair. I had to hire a second person after him to fix the AC problem.
Walter showed up on time, got the job done quickly and correctly, and didn't leave a mess behind like some plumbers I've dealt with in the past. Not only would I recommend him for a future job, I've already taken my own advice -- he's also a general contractor, and I'm already using him for an exterior house repair this weekend.
Our CCTV stopped working so we called Solcom. They swiftly diagnosed & implemented the repair. From start to finish, we're happy with their service. Definitely recommended.
Alex was great and was ready to tackle a complicated HMDI cable repair job for me. When he arrived he pointed out that I had Cat5 cables wired near each end of the HMDI cable an he could convert them using an HDMI Balun to do the same thing and it would be a lot easier and more cost effective. It ended up being less than half of the price of the HDMI cable repair! I really appreciated his honesty and would recommend him for that.
I hired Antonio (Tony) Sanchez from Renaissance Restoration to complete a kitchen renovation this past fall (sorry I did not get around to completing this review sooner!). I did all the demolition, but the job included lights and electrical, plumbing repair, cabinet and counter top install, appliance install, and painting. Tony gave a very reasonable estimate and personally worked on my project with his assistant from start to finish as opposed to having one of his employees complete the job. As he began the job, he soon realized that virtually nothing from the original construction was square (townhouse was built in 1987). However, that did not phase him as he had the skills to adjust making those imperfections unnoticeable in the end. In addition, Tony has skills in most of the trades which meant that he did not have to sub different parts of the job out; he did all the electrical, plumbing and carpentry himself. The best part of my experience working with Tony was that he discussed and explained different options or ways of completing a task to ensure there were no surprises, and I was impressed with his willingness to even teach me a little along the way. He was flexible in allowing me to have a friend install the tile floor and was understanding of my need to stick to a rather tight budget. There are only two comments I could make for overall improvement: cleanliness and timeliness. On a couple of occasions, I had to discard empty food containers and drinks that had been left behind. I attributed this to oversight and could be easily improved by making an effort to clean up the work site after each day of work. Considering it was not a space I was using though, it was not that big of a deal. As for timeliness, the project took longer than expected to complete. However, I know that my involvement did have some impact on the schedule and the fact he was doing the work himself while still managing other jobs is a factor. I would not hesitate to bring Tony in for another project in the future. I am completely satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone.
Rob is a true professional and did great work for me. I hired Rob to replace the weather stripping on the front door and hang a shelf. While installing the weather stripping, Rob noticed that what I bought was incorrect and he went to Home Depot to find the right piece himself. When he came back, we realized that the door is somewhat specialty and none of the standard door sweeps will fit. Rob did his best to repair the old door sweep until I can get a true replacement. Rob's truly demonstrated his professionalism throughout the entire process from setting up the appointment to being dedicated to finishing the job to my satisfaction. I will look to Rob in the future for other household maintenance.
I created a project to have some outside floodlight fixtures repaired because new lights weren't powering on. Rodney was no muss, no fuss. He arrived on time, actually hours earlier than estimated within the time frame because I wasn't working that day. He worked cooly, calmly, and collectively with intention rather than lallygagging around; neither slowly or hurriedly. Fixed the problem and explained what it was, without any attempt to overstate the problem, add unnecessary time to the clock, or up sell services or cost to repair. Though skilled at what he does, he spoke plainly and simply so that I could understand what the problem was, which he quickly troubleshot and immediately diagnosed. Pricing was very fair, hourly, but he fixed the problem under an hour, but estimated before arrival that resolution shouldn't extend beyond two hours. Confidence, I like that. Long story short: I tipped him closer to two hours which comments on the fairness of his pricing and the satisfaction of his results. Even when one's satisfied with a resolution but feels the repair costs were necessarily expensive or more costly than they should be, one never, ever tips. So would I hire him again? Of course: He's my new permanent electrician. Thanks!
PTI was referred to me by a friend who used them and I have to say that they lived up to the hype! I bought a 78” UHD/4K Samsung TV and a surround sound system with 7.1 audio channels, receiver, Xbox One, PS4, a PC gaming rig that I wanted to use on the TV with a wireless keyboard/mouse set up, and all of that tied into a infrared universal remote. It was a complicated set up, especially considering I wanted the wires hidden, the big TV mounted, and PTI did everything I asked and recommended I do things that actually made it better in the end. Their experience, professionalism, courtesy, fair price, and final product was all worth every penny I spent. I can’t recommend them enough!!! David was my installer and I’d recommend you ask for him. I remember him telling me he used to to installs for a lot of the government contractors in the area, so I know he’s great!
Our attic vent was recently broken, and we contacted Gary to replace it. The vent was simply too high to reach from the ground with the ladder I own, and impossible to reach from the roof. Gary quoted us a reasonable price, making two trips, once to measure and get a better understanding of the project, and the second trip to make the repair. Gary even purchased the material to complete the job. It looks great, and now I don't have to worry about weather or critters getting into my attic space.
Just thought I'd give credit where credit is due. I don't normally give reviews, but thought I should in this case, as the whole project went so smoothly. This has not always been the case for us when hiring contractors in the past. Shane is hard working and dependable. He has many years experience in a great number of construction / contracting fields. We recently had him do some work for us in a commercial recording studio, installing an antique door, (antique for aesthetics) and the end result was great The door and header above are level, look neat and tidy, and finish and trim are done to a high standard. Couldn't be happier. I might also add, that Shane's prices were fair and reasonable, and throughout the project he conducted himself in a professional manner. Shane also paid respect to his surroundings, in so far as nothing was damaged in the studio, and he took care in cleaning up after himself when the work was completed. He also kept the work area tidy while the work was in progress. We will be calling Shane in the future, as we have some outdoor trim, fascia, and soffit that are in need of repair. To cut to the chase... I highly recommend Shane if you are in need of any sort of renovations, or need help with any other construction related upgrades or repairs.
Mike is very, very knowledgeable and great at troubleshooting and identifying and solving problems. He repaired my dad’s flat screen tv and installed it. Great work!
I am a young, first time homeowner, who has fallen into some traps with home repair. E3 Technical Group has changed my mind about the way home contracting/repair should be. Gil Walters is the most profession, honest, experienced electrician and I cannot give high enough reviews. His prices are fair and the end resulted was perfect. Please do yourself a favor and work with E3, I guarantee you will never need another quote or professional. Outstanding job, Gil
Instalation of a new Tv above my fireplace. The job took about a hour and a half. Greg was prompt and curtious, and knew exactly what to do. The instalation was clean and perfect, and done at the price quoted. I would recomend Greg for any instalation or any general household repair.

Zivan showed up right on time and quickly fixed the light sensor for my post light. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He explained my options for replacing the light sensor and left the instructions for the new light sensor so I could know what to replace in the future (if it ever wears out). He took the time to answer my questions about the repair. Zivan went the extra mile and replaced missing screws for the post light (which was not part of the repair). His fee for the service was very reasonable. I would definitely call him first for my future electrical needs.
Justin did a great job fixing a hole in my basement wall! He offered a fair price for the work, showed up on time and made excellent repairs to the wall! Then he painted with the paint I provided to finish everything up! I would definitely hire Justin again for other handyman work! Thanks Justin!

He also installed new updates , so that I can use microsoft office suite like word and excel plus powerpoint. Thanks Andres for everything. I highly recommend him to anyone for pc repair and also for installations.
Rick was awesome. Prompt reply, was able to get to the work quickly, examined the problem thoroughly and looked for the lowest cost solution. He repaired the problem exactly as I requested and at a very reasonable rate. He was pleasant and didn't try to make repairs that weren't needed or requested. If I need plumbing support again, Rick will be the first person I contact!
