the concrete pour turned out very nice. I am very pleased with it and glad that i had it done. He was a week late on our agreed starting date, without a call. I had to call him to see what had gone wrong It was raining the week of the work and the yard was left with ruts. Jared filled in the ruts with top soil and planted grass but should have waited until after the rain. He was to come back in a few days to install the handrail and awning supports in the concrete. and has not shown up. it has been a month. I called him a week ago and he said he would be here the next day. No Jared and no call. My husband set the awning himself this morning. Jared needs to instruct the guys with him to do some real work so they do more than stand around and watch him work 1/2 the day and he might get caught up. I hate to give a bad review when the work that was finished is a 5 star. it just isn't finished. his timing showing for the job is 2 star. and his help is 3 star.

I needed my driveway done and Jared agreed to get it done in a timely manner. I paid him $500.00 upfront. I had to call him to see when he could start the work, and I do understand it had been raining. Jared would never call me I always had to call him, bad customer service in my opinion. Each time he had an excuse, raining, his crew was going on vacation, he was at his families house. This went for over a month so finally I told him to forget it I just want my$500 back. He refused and said it was his company's policy not to return the money. When the check was cashed it said CASH not the company name. Jared makes promises and then does not follow through and no phone calls to keep you updated. Worst customer service I've seen I would not trust Jared
