Home cleaning, STR vacation turnover/Airbnb cleaning, hoarding/disorganization cleaning, and apartment/house rental move in/move out cleaning. $15/hr. I clean all homes. I can help those with mobility issues, chronic disorganization/hoarding, or those who just need some help staying clean and organized. Don't be afraid to ask me for help. I'll never post before/after pictures of your home on Thumbtack or on any other social media platform. I'm a hard worker, and you will get 100% of my time, attention and effort, each and every time. Note to clients: I do NOT work in homes where there is a pit bull in the house, cockroaches, fleas, or bedbugs. I clean multiple properties, and I cannot risk my other clients homes with something that could destroy their quality of life and cost hundreds, if not thousands, in remediation. I charge $15 per hour. I have found it's much easier for my clients to pay by the hour, and I will keep a time card of all my hours for you to have for your records if you wish.

Jess cleans my house and my family's house. I had a problem with hoarding a couple of years ago and she came over and got my whole house cleaned. It was difficult for me because I felt embarrassed, but the freedom of getting your house back to normal is worth it. If I ever need her help I just email or text her and she helps me stay on top of cleaning. I'm older and I can't move as well anymore so her help is a life saver! Especially if you have a rental inspection coming- she can get it done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to charge by the hour and not per bedroom/bathroom. We can discuss and negotiate the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask lots of questions to make sure I do exactly what my customer wants me to do. Photos and walk-throughs are helpful. I would also offer to charge per hour instead of per bedroom/bathroom.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband is a contractor who knows people who needed a cleaner, and I offered to help, which got me started with some of my customers. He can build it/fix it, and I will clean it! We make a good team!
