John with Kase was excellent! He was friendly and courteous. He replaced the worn out shutters on the front of my home and it looks like new again. The cost was very reasonable and I will not hesitate to call on him again for future home improvements.

I would have answered all 5 qualities, but only allowed 3. John has always been very responsive through all of our correspondence. Both lights were supposed to be delivered at the same time, but only 1 showed up. John still offered to install the one light and come back later to do the other. I will definitely be using John more in the future.
