He took the amount of time it required to thoroughly inspect the property. Then he went through his notes and photos and explained in detail what he found. He was well worth the cost of his service and if we need a home inspection in the future, we’d have no second thoughts on who to hire for that task, it would be Dave Yarnell.

Awesome job! Dave really saved us.. we tried to put laminated flooring on our bedroom ourselves and it was not going well.. and this was couple weeks before our baby due date! We contacted him and in less than 24h we got a call and was able to schedule the work for next day. They got the job done in few hours! Reasonable price and very professional work! Highly recommend

Dave came in to build out a closet for me. We had a tiny closet that backed to unfinished attic space. About the time I demolished the existing closet I decide I didn’t really want or have time to build the new one. Came on here and got a few bids for the work and Dave’s price was right in line. Project took a tad longer than either of us expected - that’s the way these things go. I had also told him we were extremely flexible and not in a rush. But I think Dave did it as quickly and as well as anyone could have. It wasn’t an easy space to finish, odd angles and such, but it looks great and my daughter loves it. Dave was extremely punctual - arrived when he said he would. He works nonstop and does his best to stay out of the way and be respectful of your home/space. He’s also incredibly professional, personable, and polite. You can feel comfortable inviting him into your home and know he’s going to do a great job. I’d hire him back out any time!

Would highly recommend Dave and jasmine to complete your DIY tasks. Between them they completed putting a sofa bed and two Chester draws with ease and efficiency both were so friendly it didn't feel like I had 2 strangers in my home thank you both so much but also thank you for the interesting conversation we had.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing generally only includes labor. Any costs for parts or materials needed for the projects are not included in my quoted prices. Also, I have to charge mileage outside of 10 miles from my home because it becomes a large factor in a project’s profitability.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them and see the project and offer them alternatives that are just as effective and not as expensive as what they may think they need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I want to college for construction and have extensive experience from my time as a missionary and in the military.
