- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very simple, it covers labor, equipment and transportation; and very rarely additional parts are needed. We always let costumers know before charging anything additional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently studying Electrical and Computer Engineering, learning to make most of the things I repair from scratch. Our other technician is A+ certified and does yearly retraining with the National Guard in their IT unit.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We can repair almost every consumer digital device, both software and hardware.
