Introduction: I train out of a private studio. I teach injury prevention through proper technique and flexibility with stretching. Core strength through proper posture and breathing are essential components in my training. I also train with weights for strength, muscle endurance, muscle building, and muscle sculpting/toning.
I will help you be the best that you can be. My training is for functional use. I incorporate boxing for stress relief and confidence building. More self-esteem is also developed as I coach you through your life-changing habits.
Nutrition is learned throughout the process and more conscious choices will automatically take place over time.
