J.D. is outstanding and we will definitely be using him for any home projects we need in the future! We had hired two other handymen to do some work on our windows and trim and the work was not done correctly and we still had issues. My pricing is fair and based on the size and details of the project. I offer free estimates so there are no surprises, and I’m open to working within a customer’s budget when possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to what the customer needs, then I provide an estimate and explain the steps so everything is clear. Once we agree, I show up on time and get the job done the right way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve learned through years of hands-on experience doing flooring, drywall, and general home improvement. That real-world training has taught me how to handle all kinds of projects.
