It can vary depending on the circumstances of each site and expectations, not one job is the exact same as the other.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is to set up an estimate so we can go view what the home owner or business owner is needing done. We will take pictures, discuss in detail needs and wants. We do send a PDF estimate typically within 72 hours of visiting.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working in the flooring and remodeling industry we wanted to create a company that would not only treat our customers well but also give them competitive pricing to make their wants a reality.
