I was very satisfied with JC services and the way my grass looked.. He did an excellent mowing and trim and cleaned up afterward.. He was very professional and took pride in the job, him and his wife.. Very happy and highly appreciative, he's very recommendable.

I originally ranked a 3 because the mowing was not the best on the 3 times I had them out. But LawnStarter reached out and went out of their way to make it right for me. I would try them again if I plan to outsource my mowing in the future.

The lawn looks great! The best part of this service is there is no need for any regular back and forth. They just come to the house, do not require you to be there or allow them in the yard snd just do a great job!

Very difficult to get ahold of the first person marked the job as completed and never showed up the next person never showed up. Extremely unprofessional. Was contacted by their customer service and they were super nice and went the extra mile to make it right. I was very impressed with the professional that came out to replace the other his detail and hard work makes my yard look great

Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
