Great service! Annette did a wonderful job taking care of my two dogs. She was very professional, dependable, and provided exactly the service we expected. I really appreciated the pictures she sent of my pups happily playing fetch. It gave us peace of mind knowing they were having a great time while we were away.

Annette is excellent with my dog, who can be quite a handful at times! She has a strong sense of connectivity with dogs and has a very gentle and kind rapport with them.

Always great service! I know my pups love her and are well cared for and about. I have on more than one occasion needed walks for them kind of last minute and she has always been able to accomodate. The price is very reasonable. If for some reason the walk is cut short due to weather or some other unforseen pet emergency she always lets me know and adds the time to their next visit. I also love to see the pictures she posts of them!

My three pups have found a wonderful person. She is kind but firm. She handles my three lively pups all close to 2yrs old very well. She communicates very well if anything changes with schedules. They love their walks and wait by window each day for her to arrive. Annette provides a great service!!

I can’t imagine taking our dog anywhere else to board now that we found Annette. Never worried about him even once when my family went on vacation. We received updates with photos and we’re sure he was very well taken care of. Pongo’s Pets is our pup’s new home away from home!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been an animal person my whole life, and I have always had animals of my own. Pongo was the name of my dog that passed away due to cancer, and it seemed like the perfect name and time to do what I’ve always wanted to do, own a Pet Care business. The business started in remembrance of him, and he has been the inspiration that has led me to meeting and caring for so many wonderful animals. We are truly blessed and thankful each day that we get to do what we love doing, and for our wonderful customers that have allowed and supported us!
