- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 13 different prices brackets ranging from $105 (minimum pick up), $228 1/4 truckload, $338 1/2 truckload and $528 full truckload. Our pricing is all inclusive of fuel, labor, and disposal fees. Our trucks hold around 16 cubic yards worth of junk, or if you can picture 10 single door refrigerators would be a full truckload worth of items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On our junk removal service, we charge solely based on how much space your "junk" fills up in our truck. We come to our customers home and provide a free no obligation estimate based on their junk amount. If the price works within their budget, we haul it away at the same time with two college hunks and one of our small dump trucks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our employees are graduates of Hunk university where they learn to become honest, uniformed, nice, knowledgeable, employees.
