Ive been working with Willis for over 5 years now, and hes the only plumber I call. Hes handled just about everything for mebig jobs like rerouting exterior drains with digging in a tight crawl space, replacing a sump pump, and putting in a new water heater. Hes also done things like repiping a water line for an icemaker, installing 4 toilets over the years, garbage disposals, shower heads, cleaning drains, and doing whole-house inspections. Im probably forgetting a few things!One of the times I was most grateful was last winter during that awful ice storm when my garage door broke and froze the pipes. Even though I kind of knew how to defrost them, I was panicked about a burst, and Willis showed up in terrible weather within hours or my call, to make sure everything was safe. Thats just the kind of plumber he isreliable, fast, and willing to go above and beyond.What I really appreciate is that theres never any pressure. He walks me through options, helps me stay on budget, and his pricing is way more reasonable than the big plumbing companies. Ive sent family his way too, and theyve had the same experience.I cant recommend Fitzpatrick Plumbing enough.

New in town, bad experience with a big box store (their installer ghosted me), so asked in Angi for quotes. Willis called me immediately, quoted a fair price, and completed the work the next day! He is prompt, responsive and skilled, and is now my plumber.

Willis from Fitzpatrick Plumbing does top of the line work. He will do what is necessary and his fees are reasonable. He has done two jobs for me and I couldn't be happier. His work is superior. Call Fitzpatrick Plumbing, ask for Willis.
