After our original carpetcleaner cancelled on us 2 days before the job, we found Windsor Pro and thankfully he was able to get us and we were able to get the carpetscleaned before we moved all our furniture into our new house! He was super responsive, on time and did a thorough job (he even got a huge stain that we thought we were going stuck with out!) Recommend!

Ollie was on time, sent out a reminder beforehand. He is a very conscientious, hard working, humble and polite gentleman. He did a beautiful job cleaning our carpets…they honestly look new. Very professional and I will recommend him to anyone needing carpetscleaned!

Ollie is the best carpetcleaner than anyone I have ever used hands down. He is responsive, punctual, honest and did the best deepest steam cleaning of our carpets and they had been cleaned by the previous owner in February. ( he showed me the extraction water … very dirty). He takes his time and it shows when you see your carpets that look new again. All I can say is HIRE OLLIE!

Ollie was polite and professional and his work was exemplary! He was very thorough in explaining what his plan was after reviewing the carpets throughout our house. And when he was finished the carpets looked like new, smelled fresh and clean and brightened the whole house. Ollie explained the process to best dry the carpets and even provided show covers for my wife and I to use while the carpet dried over the next couple of days. Definitely recommend Ollie and Windsor Pro Services and will use again in the house we just moved into!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer reduced rate of $55 per room and $15 per flight of stairs. Additional rooms and flights of stairs at a discount. We require minimum of two rooms services to travel to Customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to get to know our customers and ensure we are meeting their specific needs. We contact the customer for a consultative overview of our process, conduct an in-home walk through, and enlighten them on our observations prior to beginning the cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Windsor Pro Services has undergone training by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
