- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer not to charge by the hour. It is with my experience that I know you will receive a much more efficent outcome. This allows me to gain a personalized rapport with each valued client and match personalities of staff and client in order to achieve a successful long-term business relationship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Excellent communication is the key to any successful relationship. We will establish a checklist specific to your home/office to be checked and double checked upon completion of your dwelling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner/operator, I personally have 17 years of professional cleaning experience. My cleaning professionals must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a commercial or private domestic cleaning/caretaking environment in order to be hired. I also take life experience and domestication specialists (Mother's, Sister's, Brother's ) and train them a minimum of 60 hours before they ever tackle a job without myself or another manager.
