I worked with Ray for a little over 8 months until I was finally ready to purchase a condo in Kansas City. He was super helpful throughout the whole process and very patient while I made my decision. Ray's customer service was excellent and he always made himself available whenever I needed some guidance. He was quick to schedule showings for me and was very accommodating, as I was not originally from the KC area. He made sure to follow-up after every step and was a great resource during the closing process. Ray continued to follow up after the closing date as well. I had a great experience with Scudo Realty and would recommend this company to anyone in search of a new home; I know I plan to use Scudo Realty again in the future!

When I met Ray Orellano I knew he was the agent that I wanted to work with. We met when he was showing me a potential rental loft in the River Market area of Kansas City. I was attracted to his versatility in various aspects of real estate - rental property management; buying and selling; and remodel project management. We ended up buying instead of renting. He impressed us with his knowledge of Kansas City's Brookside, Waldo, and Prairie Village neighborhoods. He found us a great home in an area that sits in the middle of all of the neighborhoods that we like, and he negotiated the purchase very well and even connected us with exceptional contractors who could remodel the house. I would highly recommend Ray.

No question - 5 stars. For Ray, it's personal. He takes his clients' needs very seriously and at the same time he is down to earth and personable. I filled out an interest form on a Real Estate website about a home. Ray was the first person to call me. Normally I wouldn't take the first person that called me, especially since I don't' know him and didn't have a referral for him. But he had so much integrity in his interactions with me, I felt confidence that he was my guy. And when you work with someone who has integrity, anyone he works with usually has integrity and the process is seamless.AND, I was doing a purchase from out of state. He went above and beyond to support my move. Met with service people to handle items in the home - took the time to do a home tour with local friends and spent 2 days working on my deal with I came to town. I would recommend my closet people to him.

Our rental portfolio was a mess before we began working with Scudo. I was spending 20-30 hours a week managing my properties in addition to the property manager I had at the time. What was supposed to be passive income was almost a full time job. When we switched to Scudo, they immediately remedied so many problems. I could see that they were on top of the details and didn't need me managing them on a regular basis. They are also honest and timely when it comes to maintenance and repairs. They keep the books in an organized and easy to follow manner, and deliver monthly statements on schedule. They communicate clearly and efficiently. Now I interact with my property managers only on important decisions, and I am able to spend my time doing other things besides managing my property managers. I don't have to worry that things are falling through the cracks. I wish I had found Scudo in the beginning. I can't imagine how much easier life would have been.
