Amy was amazing to work with, she adapted to our needs perfectly and gave great advice ahead of time to give us an idea of what supplies and quantities of alcohol would suit our guest size of 100 people. Her bartenders were so lovely to work with, very knowledgeable and experienced as well. You're getting your money's worth with WanderBar, they will make your event run so smoothly. Not to mention her INCREDIBLE specialty Old Fashioned bar...if you're a fan of the classic Old Fashioned cocktail, you will not be disappointed; on the contrary, you'll be overjoyed!

I can not say enough great things about my experience with WanderBar KC! From start to finish, everything was perfect and stress-free. Here are a few highlights that made my experience so great. 1) Responsiveness: I only had a few months to plan my wedding, so waiting for vendor responses was quickly becoming stressful. When I reached out to Amy with WanderBar, she got back to me quickly and set up call to get to know me and what I was looking for. I quickly realized that what I wanted most of all was a reliable line of communication-- and Amy nailed it! 2) Helpfulness: I only had a vague idea of what I wanted to serve. Amy took my ideas and created an amazing menu! She told me exactly what to buy and even told me which stores had the best prices. Those clear-cut instructions made the whole process so easy, which is exactly what I needed during such a stressful time. 3) The day of: On my wedding day, Amy brought me latte and let me know her team was on site so I didn't have to think about it. When I finally ordered a drink at the reception, I was blown away. The drinks were not only delicious, they were so pretty! My guests raved all night (and the following week!) about how good the drinks were and how much they loved the bartenders! I would highly recommend WanderBar KC to anyone planning an event.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the pleasure of working with WanderBar KC for our Labor Day BBQ, and they absolutely exceeded expectations! From the very beginning, Amy Becker was wonderful to work with—she arranged everything seamlessly and even helped with setup so we could focus on our guests. During the event, our bartender Shavonn was phenomenal. She kept everyone satisfied with her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm personality. Whether it was colleagues, friends, or neighbors, Shavonn made sure drinks were always flowing and that everyone felt taken care of. The service was truly A+, and so many of our guests complimented the bar setup and friendly vibe. Thanks to Amy, Shavonn, and the entire WanderBar KC team, our BBQ was a huge success. We’ll definitely be reaching out to them again for future events! 💯
