Very friendly, professional and competent. Prompt service. He discovered the problem immediately and had the replacement part stocked. Really competitive pricing for quality service. He checked my Freon and found that it was slightly low but more than enough to get me through the rest of the season and gave me the option to top it off now or wait till spring when I would get more for my money since they have to charge by the pound and I wasn't low enough to need a full one. Will definitely have him back in the spring to top it off and do routine maintenance.

John was great and he will be my first call for any type of HVAC service I might need. To begin, he responded quickly and was available immediately. That was nice since my heat had gone out in the middle of Jan. and it was a situation that needed immediate attention. He was kind and even tolerated my spoiled dog. John was flexible and able to work around my needs and requests. The best part of all this was the value. I received an amazing service, from a very qualified professional, at a fraction of the price the big boy HVAC companies charge. He even sent me a picture and important updates/need to know things when the job was completed. Thank you John.
