- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only provide written estimates so our customers know exactly what to expect. All our work is guaranteed and we have the highest rating of any company in the KC Metro! See our work, reviews and videos on both Facebook and Google.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a same-day estimate, please visit our website Heartland Stump Removal. You can also text me the following if easier: 1. Full Name 2. Address 3. Email 4. Measurement of stump at widest exposed section at base. 5. Picture of the stump 6. Location of the stump / any gates? Once I receive this information, I will email customers back an estimate. Click accept to get placed on the schedule and I will submit the DigSafe (811) ticket as required by federal law. We notify customers when we are on the way but no one needs to be home. Most jobs are completed within 4 days of accepting the estimate. We are extremely efficient and our communication is top notch!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Virginia and hold an MBA in addition to a Masters Degree in Nursing. I previously worked as an Elementary School Teach, Fire Fighter and Nurse doing pharmaceutical drug research but discovered that I enjoy being out in nature the most!
