I generally do a good job backing up my files. Of course, my computer crashed during the 10-day period my computer backup was down. A horrible feeling began to develop in the pit of my stomach as I tried to access my external hard drive and found it unresponsive. None of my files were showing up. Everything I had from the last four years of working in the Philippines was on this drive and the thought of losing all of my data was sickening. I was impressed with the speed and quality work Accuserv brought to bear on my data recovery. Within a couple days a technician had called me and explained that he was going to be able to recover over 95% of my files without having to pursue any more rigorous and expensive avenues. I was so relieved to have my files back.
