Easy to work with. Listened to my problem and got to work on it. They recovered 90% of my lost data and were kind and plainspoken about the problem and solution. Thanks so much. Also were local and hundreds of dollars cheeper than the three other companies i looked into. Just sayin . . .

We dropped of a computer that would not turn on and we were perplexed. After a couple days we pick a working computer. He fixed a short in the motherboard and so far, it is working great!

The work they did on laptop was great. Pricing was not. I was quoted $50 and was told if anything was extra they would let me know how much before they did anymore work. Got a call saying it was done and got charged $65 extra. They did a good job though.

Did not listen to my description of problem. Said computer freezes during use of mousepad. Mouse stops moving and computer stops responding. They said they could not find any issues with mousepad. That was $50, not impressed!
