We had quick responses from a number of Thumbtack companies, andTabitha was the first. However, I was most impressed by the fact that as I described our situation I felt she was trying to understand what we needed without just looking to make it into a big $$ job. Having learned about mold/remediation from previous homes, I know that there is a lot of misunderstanding around mold problems and that many companies take advantage of this to do work that is not necessary but is very costly. Trying to find a service that is knowledgeable and suggests appropriate treatment is not easy. Tabitha came out to give us a quote at no charge. She explained what she felt needed to be done and why and we agreed to have them do the work. She scheduled it for the next day, and when another project delayed her, she advised us promptly. The work was done within 24 hours of our initial contact. We were thoroughly impressed with her knowledge, prompt service, excellent communication and reasonable pricing. Would definitely hire again and highly recommend.

Tabitha was out at my house last night at 9pm to help us with a problem of a broken pipe which flooded our basement. I cannot give her enough thank yous as she was,prompt, helped to eliminate the damage, extremely courteous, and finished the project in a timely matter. I Highly recommend this company, and will use them again and refer to family and friends!!!
