- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is straightforward and based mainly on the size and difficulty of the home. Most gutter cleaning jobs start around $100. I’ll give you a clear price before the work starts, and there are no surprise fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send me the property address and a quick description of what you need. I can usually give you a quote without an in-person estimate. Once scheduled, I complete the work, clean up the area, and provide before-and-after photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience working on homes throughout the Kansas City area. I’ve handled everything from routine gutter cleaning to clogged downspouts, gutter guards, minor repairs, and exterior cleaning.
