- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since 1978 I have an install for a variety of service providers. The prices that I charge are standardized low side prices for the industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Conversation and video call to get a visual in my head on what the customer is looking for. Set up a meeting to meet with the client to review everything and find out exactly what they want me to do. Set a price for job and agree on it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates in Science 🧬. Fort Scott community college Paola campus. I learned everything in the field and read up on all new products in my field.
