Joel responded to my inquiry very quickly. We set an appointment and within a day or two he was at my house listening as I described the vision in my head of what I wanted my backsplash to look like. I had purchased pebble rocks affixed to a mesh backing however wanted the rocks removed and placed individually because I didn’t want to see mortar I wanted to see that earthy organic rock to be the area that pulled in all of the colors in my kitchen remodel. Joel asked a lot of questions, asked to see what I had purchased and by the end of our conversation I felt 100% confident that he understood the outcome I wanted. Within a few days he had his tile guy come over and he was as meticulous as I am. He did such a fabulous job that when I got home after he had worked in my kitchen the first day I was awe struck. Four days later and the job was completed. My overall experience with Joel and his tile guy was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, nice, cleaned up after the end of each day he worked, returned on time the next day and a very fair price. I am so impressed and glad to have met Joel and he will be the first person I contact when I am in need of another professional contractor.

I had a great experience with Joel and his team. The technician was punctual, professional, and very considerate—especially mindful of my baby girl and the noise level during the installation. He clearly had strong knowledge of the under-sink tankless RO system and handled the installation smoothly in my kitchen. I also appreciated that the technician suggested practical ideas to avoid complicating the sink structure, which made a big difference. He left the workspace clean and tidy after the job was done. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and pricing and would definitely hire this company again for future projects.

We had a storm pull a power main wire from our roof soffit damaging it in the process. Joel was very responsive from the beginning to the end. He worked around our schedule and the work done was perfect and quick. We will definitely use him again if and when we have the need.
