- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing varies sometimes depending on long distance & if really cluttered. won't clean if it's too icky, unsafe, or uncomfortably. I DON'T do dishes, feces or gutters.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know client & home for possible reocurring clean. Always make client happy by doing what they ask, respecting them & their families & their home.
