I've been having a great time training with Seth! We decided early on my focus would be strength and endurance training; Seth took the time to gauge my fitness level in our first week of working out, and built a plan for me to follow toward my goals. He prioritizes form in our exercises and makes sure I avoid developing bad habits; always attentive, he constantly gives me feedback during our sessions, and offers plenty of advice and answers to my questions. Every session, he balances safety with my desire for progress, and helps me hit my limits without going too far. I only have one complaint: he can't take away the soreness I feel on days after our workouts! ;) I have a work schedule that changes monthly, but Seth is really good about being flexible; his rates are also quite fair, and you get your money's worth. Go ahead, try working with him, and you'll see what I mean!

Seth at TruFit KC helped me define my fitness goals and create an effective plan to reach those goals. I have done strength training at his studio and high-intensity interval training outdoors with him. He is good at pushing his clients to work hard while avoiding injury. Definitely call Seth if you are looking for help improving your fitness and nutrition.

Just completed a boot camp session. The variation and pace was engaging, and challenging. He did a great job working with the groups various fitness levels.

My experience with Trufit KC was a great experience. Seth is a very supportive and motivational trainer. He really cares about his clients and wants to see them achieve their goals. Whatever goal you have, he will accommodate and tailor the workouts to that goal. He knows his stuff!

I have had an amazing personal training experience with Seth Uhl. He is patient, motivating, and very knowledgeable about fitness. He works with you to have a truly customized workout each and every time and also consistently keeps track of your progress. I have been working with Seth for approximately 7 weeks and am already seeing results. I will continue to use his services and am so excited for the next phase of our personal training sessions!
