They arrived exactly when promised, and did a perfect job painting the entire inside of our 2,000 sq ft home. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others. Don Fotheringhame from 221 construction came personally to discuss the project I had in mind. I Couldn't be happier with the professionalism, or results that Don provided. Easy to reach, affordable prices, prompt, and clean. I would call with any renovation, or construction need and certainly recommend to any one. I have a concrete floor in my basement that isn't level, which I need for a workspace. After going over the pro's and con's of multiple options I decided to have 221 Construction build a raised wood floor. I thank you for a result that goes beyond my expectations.
Jr came out to repair my garage door. He examined it, and showed me clearly what parts we needed to replace. Upon closer inspection he showed me that the door was way off kilter and in fact, I really needed an entire new door. (My door is probably 50 years old). I don't know anything about garage doors, but he was able to clearly show and explain the problem. He has good attention to detail, and is knowledgeable in many areas besides just garage doors.

I have used L.J. Fanning for over 10 years. He has done almost all of the repairs on my home and my rental property. His work is exceptional and he is 100% trustworthy. I own numerous single family residences plus duplexes and fourplexes in KC. I have gone through several property managers and it has been an expensive and frustrating saga. One of the biggest challenges I face is that I live in California and I can't be popping over to check on what's going on regularly. What I learned is that most property managers are very skilled at exploiting my blind spots for their profit. I found TREH KC over 2 years ago. I flipped my fourplex to them as a trial - it was unoccupied and just coming through a difficult rehab. It went so well that within 6 weeks I flipped all my properties. With two years experience, here is what I have found about TREH: - They have my interests in mind and take the financial performance of my portfolio seriously - They are responsive. Maybe once it took over over 24 hours to respond; usually it's 2 - Everytime I speak with them they know what is going on with every property and they have a proactive plan for any issues - They fill vacancies quickly with qualified candidates and when there is a problem, they rectify it -I meticulously track every expense and revenue item on every property in Quickbooks. The few times I have found a discrepancy I talked it through with them and every single time, they were correct - Interactions are professional and they are a joy to deal with. In the end, what it all boils down to is that they have earned my TRUST. I can actually relax, for the first time since I've owned rentals, and be confident that my business is being run competently by someone who cares and, most importantly, I can depend on.
