- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have found that people who have previously purchased based solely on price have had a very difficult time when it came time to redeem the promised warranties. Generally, after having such a negative experience with cut rate companies, the value we can add through not only our industry leading workmanship warranties, but also the roofing materials manufacturer warranty allows us to offer maximum value for their investment!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I want to meet the customer to make sure we are a good fit for them, based on the FREE home assessment we offer. If they don’t currently require our services, we seek to earn future business by building long term relationships with anyone willing to partner with Reliance Roofing for their future roofing requirements! We want to see a need and take the lead!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry for 20+ years. I am a Master Shingle Applicator, trained by Certainteed Roofing Products Manufacturer.
