Mold Inspection and Removal

Peter and his team were professional and thorough. Peter himself was a delight to work with, answering all of our questions about the mold remediation process in detail and keeping us abreast of any pertinent findings and changes during the clean up. His crew did a tremendous amount of demo work in addition to the mold remediation but still charged us less than other groups would have for the mold clean up alone. We would recommend AWR to anyone and would use them again (but hope we don't have to!) :)

Water Damage Cleanup and Restoration

Supposed to come and give a quote for some water damage I had at an apartment complex. No one ever showed up. I called and called and called with no answer. Finally calls, 30 min later and says that they had been on the other line with someone who had lost their dad. He then proceeds to call me honey, gross, and wants to try to reschedule. I declined, obviously. I would suggest getting a personal phone and a separate business phone. I'm not cold hearted and understand that they were speaking to a friend but I was waiting at a job site for 30+ min with a five year old and then to be called honey on top of it all.
Absolute Water Restoration - KC's reply
We apologize and have stated that it was sadly a perfect storm. “Honey” was just used to ask for a little sympathy as well as soften the blow of not everything is within our control. It’s a first time anyone took it that way as it was with good intentions in hopes of just a little empathy for a situation spinning out of control. We called you back at the first chance. If you haven’t noticed, Covid is rampant and things just happen. We understand your frustration but all we ask is please try to consider not everything is always as it is planned. After all, you rescheduled with us once and we had no issues but asked for some understanding as we explained. We really do apologize, yet again. It wasn’t a personal phone call or a personal line. It was another employee who’s father passed away. Thanks again for the review and appreciate having had the opportunity.
