We are current customers of Culligan Kansas City. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we will be moving to Springfield, Missouri mid-September. We really like Culligan service and expressed that we wished to reinstate service at our new location, however this franchisee has denied our request repeatedly and is demanding the balance of the contract... a measly $300. As a fellow business owner, I understand the importance of customer service. If a similar situation was happening within my business, and I knew I would lose a growing business customer for good, I would want to know and remedy the situation. We want to continue Culligan service, but I cannot continue with Culligan into the future if this is what customer service looks like. It's a poor choice to lose a good customer over $300 when there are thousands of dollars in future earnings at stake for the company as a whole. It simply doesn't make sense. What a shame that the greed of one franchisee will destroy any hope for future contracts with a service we really do enjoy. All we want to do is transfer our account and continue receiving water from the company, but it would appear it's every franchise for itself.

Our basement is 80% finished and the water supply line is across the room from the mechanicals room. We knew going in the installation was going to be a challenge and gave Todd, the installer the green light to make as many holes as needed in the ceiling to gain access. Fortunately Todd figured out a way to cut only one hole which we covered with a return air vent. We love the feel of the soft water and especially like the wireless valve for the RO system. This allows us to dispense water from the existing kitchen faucet and prevented us from drilling a hole through the counter top. Todd did a great job. Overall a very professional, neat installation and the equipment appears to be top notch.
