I stopped in Culligan of Olathe to pick up a part for my water softener and got a lot more. I want to thank Dave Brewer for the great customer service and the crew at Culligan of Olathe. Dave took the time out of his busy schedule to walk me through all the setting on my water softener and helped me with the part I needed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are water tests are free. The pricing on softners and R/O systems vary depending on install and type of equipment. We have financing with options of 1% payments!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start out with a water test of the home and then give options from there on how to correct the situation and give the best water for the home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of are techs have extensive training on are products and get consistent new education day to day on all the new products.
