Honestly? I had Jeff over for a last ditch effort before I gave up and replaced the carpet in the family room. That was SIX years ago and he's still keeping the carpet clean! I wouldn't use anyone else.

This is a reliable and trustworthy company that has cleaned our carpets many times. We have large dogs that track in much dirt, Jeff is able to revive our carpets each time. When he's finished they look as nice as when first installed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several multi area discounts and Yes our retail rate is $39 per 10 x 12 area, $3 per stair, and $1.50 per linear foot of hallway.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive for our appointment and we introduce ourselves and then we perform a walk through with each valued client to see the areas to be cleaned. We then discuss any specific concerns and talk about potential problem stains in advance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC certified Carpet cleaning Technician,IICRC certified odor control technician, IICRC certified Water Damage and Restoration Technician
