Introduction: I always have been a very detailed person. It matters to me that our clients are happy with our service. Hi, So last Sunday morning I woke up to find the basement turned into an indoor splash pool. Sump pump died after heavy storms and standing water, saturated carpets and one soggy mess was left. Tim was a star. He showed up fast and set about breaking the back of the task. The care and attention was first class all the way. This was no easy task given the size of the basement and volume of water to clear. Tim and Joel worked like crazy no rest no stops until we had a stable situation and the drying process was started. Over the next few days Tim kept in touch, he communicates, explains and details all actions he has done or is recommending be done. I can't speak highly enough. If what matters to you is prompt good work, great communication, respect for you and your property don't bother even looking elsewhere. I guess by now you know I don't hesitate to recommend Tim and Help You Dry. Simon S

Tim was a great help in a potentially frustrating time. Our sewer backed up into our basement on Christmas Day...he responded quickly, and was very efficient in his drying and restoration efforts. He communicated clearly throughout the whole process...I will definitely call him again if there is a next time!

We were charged a $120 "service fee" for a consultation. his website says it's free in at least 3 different places. Really? -- July 20, 2015

I was charged nearly $300 in Internet lead costs to bid your cleanup needs. Therefore I have lost $180 so far in giving you a prompt estimate and did not put you on a waiting list like your husband said Servpro did. Had you contacted me through my website initially, I would have charged you nothing for the inspection, like it says of course. That said, we are a satisfaction guaranteed company. If you aren't happy I will cheerfully refund your $120.00

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! I hold many certifications with the IICRC (stands for the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certification) and I have to recertify with them every couple of years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began working at a restoration franchise right out of college - just something temporary. Within a year, I went from being the new guy to the franchise General Manager. I later purchased 7 franchises of my own, grew them into an impressive company and sold them all to start the company (non-franchised) that I run today.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Cleanup & drying of any unwanted water in your home or business. From broken pipes to backed up sewage or rainwater that seeped in. We have done jobs as crazy as a dog turned the water on in the tub and put the stopper down - yep, it happens!
