We offer $50 off for first-time customers. For ongoing service, we also provide recurring cleaning discounts based on frequency and scope. Reach out to us to learn more and receive a customized quote with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your space and your needs. This can include a walk-through or video call so we can accurately assess the space. From there, we create a custom cleaning plan and checklist for our team. After the cleaning, we check in with you and can provide photos and follow-up communication to ensure everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All new team members go through a two-week training process that covers proper cleaning techniques, safety standards, quality expectations, and attention to detail before working independently.
