Most of our customers come to us with virus infested computers. Over the years, computer users have become more sophisticated, and will have tried the basics before bringing their computer to a professional. Trained pros will have access to tools and tricks which the average user may not have access to. If you've tried more than a few tools and been unsuccessful, you may be doing more harm than good. In your favorite search engine, enter the companies name and the word review, such as "Rescue My Gadget review." This will give you a list of reviews posted by their customers.
