We are thrilled with the popcorn ceiling removal completed by Grupo Jaredo. The finished ceilings are perfectly smooth and ready to paint. Very responsive and hard worker. He gave us a very fair quote compared to others. He did all his work in 4 day, but after finishing I noticed there were some spots that needed fixed. I relayed my concerns to him and at first it seemed like he was trying to get out of it and even gave me 2 options either to pay half of the rest of the money we owed or he could take money off and not come back and fix it. I wasn’t going to pay until it was fixed so he ended up working us back into his schedule (the next day he already had a new job) he fixed all the issues that were noted and more. I was irritated with him not putting anything back down the floors and he got drywall putty on our carpet. I said something and he said he left it to dry and would scrape it the next day. He did in fact scrape it, but there were a few little spots that could have been scraped better. He also didn’t put a light fixture or smoke detector back up. All in all with the price we were quoted we got what we paid for. The ceilings do look nice though.
