Just depends on the job and where it is located and if any permits have to be pulled.

I am all the time reading publications on LinkedIn and other web sites that are about safety, electrical, plumbing, radon, lead paint, pool and hot tub up keep and property management.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I like working on everything so designing and figuring out how to do stuff just came easier for me than most people.
