Courtney was hired for our daughter's senior photo shoot. We had a couple of very unusual requests for Courtney: a deadline for a newspaper within a very short time span and our daughter wanted her shoot to be taken on a farm with horses when we live in the city. Courtney quickly responded to our online thumbtack request. She found two farms in Belton right away and seemed to know exactly what our daughter wanted. The weather for our outdoor shoot was not cooperative. Courtney was able to reschedule the shoot twice and still meet a nearly impossible deadline! Our daughter loved Courtney and the pictures are outstanding! The only problem we have is staying in budget because there is not a bad picture in the entire photo shoot! We would highly recommend Courtney and are so happy to have her in our life! There will be many other photo shoots we will hire Courtney for in the future. She is creative, professional, extremely accommodating and talented. We were looking for a photographer and found a really good new friend that will be with our family for a long time!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and get to know their exact needs for the project. I then submit a bid/contract with all the details that they can then review and sign. I keep in touch to make sure that all the details have not changed.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all kinds! I am easily to warm up to, making me able to work with people with different personality types. I am professional, so work well with corporate clients, but work great with kids also! I was a chemist for 10 years, so work well analytically, but I also have an extroverted personality.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that they have verified good reviews and an attractive website. Also, that you talk to the provider in person. Is is a lot easier to get a feel if the provider has the professionalism and personality that will be a good fit for your project.
