Kerry was a real Professional. Not only did he get my Gutters taken care of in a short period of time, he took the time to teach me what he was doing. As a new homeowner this was very impactful to me. I highly recommend Kerry and his work product.
We hired Midwest Gutter Protector through the thumbtack app and couldn’t be happier. Kerry was very responsive, messaged me almost immediately after my estimate request. He came over within a couple of days and gave me a very fair and affordable estimate for work and he is licensed and insured.
He could’ve told me that he had to replace the gutters, but he was honest in saying that it could just be repaired and improved. The work was done quickly and the quality is good. I will definitely be hiring him again when we are ready to do our gutter guards.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is as standard as we can make it. All charges will be clearly spelled out in writing before any work is performed. We may not be the least expensive but we provide a high level of service that others can't or don't match.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with an onsite inspection of the property to assist the customer in determining what their needs are. Often we will bring along our lead installer for that particular area so they can see for themselves the customers' situation. From there we will talk about options that are best for the customer in their situation. We're happy to answer any questions that may arise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best training available in what we do is experience. All of our lead installers have multiple years of experience in their field which is how we can provide consistent quality.
