FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I quote a flat price up front on most jobs so there's no guessing. If you've got several things that need assembling, the bundle rate beats doing them one at a time. Price covers the work, testing everything, and hauling off the boxes. No trip charge in the KC metro.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pretty simple. You tell me what you need done, I ask a few questions (brand, model, where it's going), then I give you a price and we pick a day. I show up when I say I will, do the work, clean up after myself, and have you look everything over before I head out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of hands-on work, not classroom hours. I read the manual, follow the manufacturer's instructions, and don't cut corners. That keeps your warranty intact and means I don't get callbacks.
